Eight would be eating citrus fruits. You should avoid eating fruits like lemon, orange and grapes because this may contribute to acid secretion. However, it can vary from person to person. But for some, eating these kinds of foods can contribute to the problems so it’s better to eat other kind of fruit group that will not contribute to the problem.

Finally, having a responsible attitude, one should have an effort to prevent this kind of foods, follow the doctors or medical personnel advices, have frequent medical check up of the present condition, strictly have medication compliance, do not treat your own problem by drinking the ordinary over the counter drug and most of all have regular exercise.
